Our Mission
We are a Netherlands-based foundation that organizes search and rescue operations, provides emergency assistance and training programs for disaster preparedness, search and rescue and first aid. At the same time, we support social recovery and provide socio-economic and psychological support.

HESAR commits to being a beacon of hope in disaster areas around the world. Our vision is to bring forward goodness and solidarity, even in the most challenging moments for humanity, to reduce the impact of natural disasters globally and to bring a ray of hope to those affected.
